TACTIC scores ventures on a 1-5 scale across Technical Innovation (30%), Market Potential (25%), Team Capability (25%), and Implementation Feasibility (20%). A score of 3.5+ indicates strong potential for advancement.
Preview is free (one-time). Screening costs 1 credit, Evaluation costs 3 credits, Deep Assessment costs 12 credits and Dossier costs 24 credits. Purchase credits from the Credits page. If an assessment fails, its credits are returned automatically; if that ever cannot complete, the failed assessment's page says so and gives you a reference to quote to us.
Share your referral link from the Dashboard. When someone signs up with your link and their very first submission completes, they earn a credit and you earn credits by your referral level. A first submission that fails earns neither. Earn more credits per referral as you level up.
TLS 1.2 or better in transit, with TLS 1.3 negotiated by any current browser. Our hosting and database providers encrypt data at rest with AES-256. That is their published statement about their platforms, not an arrangement we negotiated, and we cannot demonstrate it ourselves. Assessments are isolated per account. Your submissions are not used to train models. An assessment you run is private to your account until you put it into a team or share it by a link, unless it was paid from a team's credits, which puts it in that team from the start. Work in a team is readable by your team's admins and by the members an admin has given access to the team's shared work or to that assessment, and by nobody else outside TACTIC; a member who joins later does not see it until an admin grants that access. TACTIC's own administrators can see each assessment's venture name, industry, sector, file name, tier, status, scores and dates, the failure reason recorded when a run fails, and whether it is marked as one of TACTIC's own test runs; and each account's name, email address, organisation, role, credit balance, assessment limit, beta access, whether its email address is verified, the date it was opened, its last sign-in and whether it is deactivated, with the credits it has spent and the adjustments made to its balance, its teams with their members, pending invitations and seat plans, its credit purchases however paid and their refunds, any account terms, its invoices and invoice requests with their billing contact, and its daily usage, to run and support the service.
