The Uniqueness Coefficient
Two ventures with identical scores are not equal. The Uniqueness Coefficient is the model's reading of the venture's patent landscape, competitive position, technical differentiation and likely impact, from the submission and its own general knowledge. TACTIC searches no patent or market database, so the patent and competitor figures behind it are the model's estimates rather than counts, and it is not a prior-art or freedom-to-operate opinion.
